理中汤治疗儿童脾胃虚寒型复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将脾胃虚寒型复发性口腔溃疡患儿38例随机分为2组,治疗组20例予理中汤加减治疗,对照组18例给予维生素B2口服,疗程均为5 d。观察比较2组溃疡面积及溃疡疼痛情况,并统计2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组溃疡面积分级、溃疡疼痛分级改善程度均优于对照组,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组溃疡面积、溃疡疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:理中汤加减治疗儿童脾胃虚寒型口腔溃疡有显著疗效,效果优于维生素B2治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lizhong tang for recurrent oral ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type. Methods: A total of 38 cases of children with recurrent oral ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,20 and 18 cases in each group respectively. The treatment group was treated with modified Lizhong tang,and the control group was given the oral administration of vitamin B2. Both groups were treated for five days. The ulcer area and ulcer pain in the two groups were observed and compared,and the clinical effect in the two groups was counted. Results: The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The improvement of the grading of ulcer area and ulcer pain in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of ulcer area and ulcer pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of modified Lizhong tang has significant curative effect in treating children with recurrent oral ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type,and its effect is better than that of vitamin B2.
