CT仿真内镜联合多平面重建技术在肠梗阻不同中医证候分型中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价肠梗阻不同中医证候分型中CT仿真内镜联合多平面重建技术的应用价值。方法:将肠梗阻患者58例,采用螺旋CT仿真内镜联合多平面重建技术法进行诊断,将其和手术病理诊断的结果相互对比,分析符合率、病因诊断结果。结果:螺旋CT组发病部位诊断结果准确率为96.5%,手术病理组发病部位诊断结果准确率为100%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。螺旋CT组病理诊断结果准确率为94.8%,手术病理组病理诊断结果准确率为100%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。58例患者中脏腑失调8例,气血不足8例,里外热结19例,气滞血瘀23例。不同证型CT检查可见不同的特征。结论:在肠梗阻不同中医证型中,CT仿真内镜联合多平面重建技术的应用,有助于提升诊断的准确性。Objective:To evaluate the application value of CT virtual endoscopy combined with multiplanar reconstruction in different classification of Chinese medicine syndrome of intestinal obstruction. Methods: A total of 58 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction were treated with CT virtual endoscopy combined with multiplanar reconstruction,and its effect was compared with the results of pathology diagnosis. The coincidence rate and the diagnosis result of etiology were analyzed. Results: The accuracy rate of site of pathological changes was 96.5% in the spiral CT group and 100% in the operation and pathology group, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). The accuracy rate of pathological diagnosis result was 94.8% in the spiral CT group and 100% in the operation and pathology group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Among the 58 patients, there were 8 cases of disharmony of viscera and bowels, 8 cases of deficiency of qi and blood,19 cases of exterior and interior heat bind,and 23 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and CT examination of different syndromes showed different characteristics. Conclusion: In different classification of Chinese medicine syndrome of intestinal obstruction, the application of CT virtual endoscopy combined with multiplanar reconstruction is helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
