益气养阴方联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺癌术后患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方联合左甲状腺素钠片对甲状腺癌术后患者的疗效。方法:选取68例分化型甲状腺癌且接受手术治疗的患者进行研究,术后辨证为气阴两虚证。将受试对象随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用益气养阴方治疗,2组均接受相同的术后护理,连续治疗8周。治疗前后检测血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)及甲状腺球蛋白(TG)水平,治疗后,评价2组中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组FT3、FT4水平均较治疗前升高,TSH、TG水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);研究组FT3、FT4水平均高于对照组,TSH、TG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经秩和检验,研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率67.65%,明显高于对照组的32.35%(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方联合左甲状腺素钠片对甲状腺癌术后患者疗效良好,能够促进患者恢复甲状腺功能,改善中医证候。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin prescription combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets for patients after surgery of thyroid carcinoma. Methods: A total of 68 cases of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma who received surgical treatment were selected as the study subjects. After surgery, all patients were still diagnosed as qi-yin deficiency syndrome. The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the study group was additionally treated with Yiqi Yangyin prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were given the same postoperative nursing,and an eight-week continuous treatment. Before and after treatment,the levels of Free Triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH), and thyroglobulin(TG) in serum were detected. After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and clinical effect in the two groups were evaluated. Results:After treatment,the levels of FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of TSH and TG were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of FT3 and FT4 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of TSH and TG were lower(P<0.05). Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the difference being significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the study group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 67.65% in the study group,significantly higher than that of 32.35% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Yiqi Yangyin prescription combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets has good curative effect in the treatment of patients after surgery of thyroid carcinoma. It can promote the recovery of thyroid function,and improve Chinese medicine syndrome.
