摘　　要：《伤寒论·自序》中蕴涵着丰富的儒家思想内涵,强调作为一名医者,应有广博之仁爱;要尊重患者,善待患者,谨记"忠恕之道";在义利取舍方面,应当重义轻利,懂得取舍;在荣辱观方面,应明耻知辱,懂得明耻有方;在治学方面,应秉持谋道不谋食的基本原则,勤求古训,博采众长;在为人或为医方面,应根据天人之规律,把握中庸之道,视死别生。Preface to Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases contains rich Confucianism connotation,which emphasizes that as a doctor,he should have broad benevolence,respect patients,treat patients well,and remember"loyalty and forgiveness";in terms of the choice of justice and benefit,he should attach importance to justice and despise interest,and know how to choose;in terms of the concept of honor and disgrace,he should be aware of the shame and know how to do it properly;in terms of academic research,he should adhere to the basic principle of seeking mode of ethics and not seeking food;in terms of being human or medicine,he should grasp the golden mean according to the law of heaven and man,and regard death as a kind of life.
