摘　　要：目的:分析《伤寒杂病论》辨治腹痛用药规律。方法:筛选《伤寒杂病论》中条文涉及腹痛类病症的方、药,统计治疗腹痛方中药物的运用频数和频率,对药物的四气、五味、归经进行分析。结果:《伤寒杂病论》中,涉及腹痛的方剂共33首,最常用药物为芍药和甘草。张仲景治疗腹痛多用补法、泻法及和法,善于运用温热之品,若使用寒凉之药,偏于运用微寒之品;药物多为甘味、辛味和苦味,归脾经的药物最多。结论:《伤寒杂病论》认为,腹痛病因为"不荣则痛""不通则痛",运用甘味药补益气血,缓急止痛,运用苦辛温药物调畅气机。同时注意保护胃气,谨防药物过于寒凉伤胃。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of abdominal pain in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases.Methods:The formulas and medicinals related to abdominal pain in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases were screened.The frequency and frequency of the use of medicinals in the foumulas for abdominal pain were counted,and the four natures,five flavors and meridian tropism were analyzed.Results:In Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases there were 33 prescriptions involving abdominal pain.The most commonly used medicinals were Shaoyao(Radix Paeoniae Alba seu Rubra)and Gancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae).In the treatment of abdominal pain,tonifying,purgative and harmonizing methods are often used.Zhang Zhong-jing was good at using warm-heat products.If cold medicinals were used,he tended to use slightly cold ones.Most of the medicinals were sweet,pungent and bitter,and the majority of them returned to the spleen meridian.Conclusion:According to Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,abdominal pain is due to loss of nutrition or obstruction.Sweet medicinals can tonify qi and blood,relieve emergence to stop pain.Bitter,pungent and warm medicinals can purge,warm and dredge qi movement.At the same time,we should pay attention to protecting stomach qi,and be aware of preventing the cold medicals from damaging stomach.
