海军护理士官临床实习质量的主要影响因素及对策

摘　　要：目的分析影响护理士官实习生适应海军基层部队任职需求临床实习质量的主要因素,并提出有效的应对措施。方法采用问卷调查法对解放军东部战区海军医院2014年5月至2018年5月68名护理士官实习生及20名带教老师和12名护士长进行调查,找出影响护理士官实习生适应海军基层部队任职需求临床实习质量的主要因素。结果护理士官实习生实习质量不容乐观,影响的主要因素为:带教管理机制不够健全(82.35%)、实习模式单一(73.53%)、实习内容安排不够合理(69.12%)、临床带教老师的带教能力不足(61.76%)及实习生对实习的态度、认识不够(58.82%)和沟通能力欠佳(52.94%)等。结论为了保证护理士官实习生毕业后适应海军基层部队任职需求,医院应根据海军基层部队护理士官人才特点,健全带教管理机制,改变单一实习带教模式,从提高护理士官的任职能力入手,合理安排实习内容,培养适应海军基层部队卫生工作需要和未来高技术战争卫勤保障要求的护理士官人才;要加强临床护理带教老师的选拔和培养,保证良好的临床教学态度,提升临床带教老师自身素质,同时全面提高实习生个人综合素质,使护理士官实习生接受更好的实习管理,提高实习质量。Objective To analyze the main factors affecting the quality of clinical practice of nursing cadets for meeting the demands of professional service in basic naval units,and to propose related effective countermeasures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 68 cadets,20 practice teachers and 12 head nurses in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2018 to find out the main factors affecting the quality of clinical practice in nursing cadets for meeting the demands of service in the naval basic units.Results The practice quality of nursing cadets during internship was not optimistic.The main influential factors involved were:imperfect teaching management mechanism(82.35%),monotonous mode of practice(73.53%),improper arrangement of practice contents(69.12%),insufficiency of the teaching capacity on the part of clinical practice teachers(61.76%),insufficient understanding on the importance of practice(58.82%),and poor communication skills(52.94%).Conclusion To ensure that nursing cadets could meet the professional demands of basic naval units after graduation,the hospital concerned should perfect the teaching management mechanism and change the monotonous practice teaching mode in accordance with the features of nursing talents for basic naval units.Practice contents should be properly arranged from the perspective of enhancing their professional capacity,nursing cades should be trained with an orientation to meet both the needs of health service in basic naval units and medical support in future high-tech wars.Therefore,efforts should be made to strengthen the selection and training of clinical nursing teachers,ensure good clinical teaching attitude,improve the personal quality of clinical teaching teachers,and at the same time comprehensively improve the overall personal quality of interns,so that nursing cades could receive better practice management and improve practice quality.
