益气化瘀汤合沙参麦冬汤辅助化疗对气阴两虚型肺癌患者肿瘤控制率及机体状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气化瘀汤合沙参麦冬汤辅助GP方案化疗(吉西他滨+顺铂)对气阴两虚型肺癌患者肿瘤控制率及机体状况的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年2月我院收治的肺癌患者102例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)与试验组(51例)。对照组采取GP化疗方案,试验组在对照组基础上加用益气化瘀汤合沙参麦冬汤。统计两组患者肿瘤控制率、治疗前后中医证候积分、机体状况、免疫功能、毒副反应发生情况。结果(1)肿瘤控制率:试验组肿瘤控制率(86.27%)略高于对照组(78.43%),但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)中医证候积分:两组治疗后自汗盗汗、口干舌燥、神疲乏力、咳嗽评分较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)机体状况:试验组KPS稳定率(80.39%)高于对照组(62.75%)(P<0.05);(4)免疫功能:治疗后试验组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05);(5)毒副反应:两组均无Ⅳ度毒副反应发生,且试验组血红蛋白减少、肝肾功能损伤、呕吐恶心、白细胞减少发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀汤合沙参麦冬汤辅助治疗气阴两虚型肺癌,可有效调节患者机体状况及免疫功能状态,改善临床症状,且能降低毒副反应发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of auxiliary Gemcitabine+Cisplatin chemotherapy with Yiqi Huayu Decoction and Shashen Maidong Decoction on tumor control rate and body condition in patients with lung cancer with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods From November 2017 to February 2019,102 patients with lung cancer were treated in our hospital and they were divided into control group(n=51)and experimental group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with GP chemotherapy,and the experimental group was supplemented with Yiqi Huayu Decoction and Shashen Maidong Decoction on the basis of the treatment for control group.The tumor control rate,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,body condition,immune function,and toxic side effects were recorded.Results(1)Tumor control rate:the tumor control rate of experimental group(86.27%)was slightly higher than that of control group(78.43%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the spontaneous sweating,dry mouth,dry mouth,fatigue,and cough scores decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The body condition:the KPS stability rate of experimental group(80.39%)was higher than that of control group(62.75%)(P<0.05).(4)Immune function:CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in experimental group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Toxic side effects:no gradeⅣside effects occurred in the two groups,and the incidence of hemoglobin reduction,liver and kidney function damage,vomiting and nausea,and leukopenia was lower in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary treatment with Yiqi Huayu Decoction and Shashen Maidong Decoction in patients with lung cancer with deficiency of Qi and Yin can effectively regulate the patient′s body condition and immune function,improve clinical symptoms,and have high tumor control rate and can reduce toxic side effects.
