摘　　要：伴随民众对环保的要求愈发强烈,新能源汽车成为汽车工业必定发展趋向。中国汽车工业的重要板块——陕西,拥有陕汽、比亚迪、吉利、宝能等自主品牌,己具备技术、市场环境等综合产业优势,为陕西新能源汽车产业腾飞奠定了基础。近年来陕西汽车产业发展进入转型升级的关键期,经过多年的开拓与创新,新能源汽车产业已形成了一定市场规模。产业发展离不开人力资源支撑,通过对陕西新能源汽车技术人才培养进行剖析,试图为新能源汽车技术人才培养提供思路与对策。With the public's environmental protection requirements become increasingly strong,new energy vehicles have become an inevitable development trend of the automobile industry.Shaanxi,an important sector of China's automobile industry,has independent brands such as Shaanxi Automobile,BYD,Geely,and Bao neng,and has comprehensive industrial advantages such as technology and market environment,which has laid the foundation for the development of Shaanxi's new energy automobile industry.In recent years,the development of Shaanxi's automobile industry has entered a critical period of transformation and upgrading.After years of development and innovation,the new energy automobile industry has formed a certain market scale.Industrial development is inseparable from the support of human resources.Through the analysis of Shaanxi's new energy vehicle technical personnel training,it tries to provide ideas and countermeasures for the new energy vehicle technical personnel training.
