基于撤稿事件的专刊/专栏约组启示

摘　　要：出版专刊/专栏已成为国内外科技期刊争取优质稿件、提升期刊影响力的重要措施。但近年来,国内外撤稿事件中专刊/专栏文章屡见不鲜,表明部分专刊/专栏的约组事与愿违,忽略了组约稿件学术质量的把控。本研究在分析近年来专刊/专栏撤稿经典案例的基础上,进一步比较分析国内外2种期刊PNAS和《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines--》专刊/专栏相对于同期其他自由投稿论文的影响力,据此提出提升专刊/专栏质量的相关建议:核实客座编辑身份,慎重选择客座编辑;加强评审环节,避免"既当运动员又当裁判";稿件面前一视同仁,不迷信权威;合理安排专刊/专栏出版频率,保证学术质量。Publication of special issue/column has become an important approach for Chinese and foreign sci-tech periodicals to attracting high-quality articles and thereby enhancing their influence. However,in recent years,there have been many papers published in special issues/columns involved in the retraction events in China and abroad. Some of academic journals ignored the quality control of the invited papers and resulted deviation of initial intention of special issues/column layout. Based on the cases of paper retraction from the special issue/column,this study analyzes the influence of special issues/columns of two journals,and proposes relevant suggestions on how to publish special issue/column,which mainly include: verifying the academic identity of guest editors and carefully selecting guest editors;strengthening the review process to avoid"being both an athlete and a referee";be equal to all the manuscripts and authorities;reasonably arranging column/special issue publication frequency to ensure academic quality.
