摘　　要：超滤技术是一种相对比较实用的膜分离的相关技术,并且在生物工业的制药领域中对于去除发酵液汇总的内毒素十分有效,能够高效的进行有关蛋白质溶液的浓缩、脱醇以及脱盐工序。本文在分别介绍超滤技术以及蛋白质分离纯化研究过程的前提下,深入的分析探究了超滤技术在蛋白质分离纯化中的具体应用。Ultrafiltration technology is a relatively practical technology related to membrane separation,and it is very effective in removing endotoxin from fermentation broth in the pharmaceutical field of bio-industry,and can efficiently carry out the processes of protein solution concentration,dealcoholization and desalination.On the premise of introducing ultrafiltration technology and the research process of protein separation and purification,this paper deeply analyzes and explores the specific application of ultrafiltration technology in protein separation and purification.
