摘　　要：近几年,我国在国家建设及发展过程中逐渐认识到了教育工作在社会发展中的重要性,并要求学校在教学工作中实行素质教育,以提高学生的综合素质,促使学生快速发展。因此,体育教师在实际工作中应根据社会对教师的要求加强对自身教学方式的创新,以此满足高校体育教学改革的要求,为提高我国国民素质奠定一定的基础,促进学生的健康成长和全面发展。In recent years,in the process of national construction and development,China has gradually realized the importance of educational work in social development,and asked schools to carry out quality education in teaching work to improve the comprehensive quality of students and promote their rapid development.Therefore,in practice,physical education teachers should strengthen the innovation of their own teaching methods according to the requirements of the society to teachers,so as to meet the requirements of the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,lay a certain foundation for improving the quality of our country’s people,and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students.
