乳腺癌中CDC25A和P57kip2蛋白表达与病理分级及临床分期的关系

摘　　要：目的探究乳腺癌检测中患者病理分级、临床分期与CDC25A、P57kip2蛋白的相关性。方法选取2016年4月至2019年5月本院收治的120例乳腺癌患者,采用免疫组化法对癌细胞中CDC25A、P57kip2蛋白的表达进行检测,按患者病理分级分为:Ⅰ级44例,Ⅱ级36例,Ⅲ级40例;按照患者临床分期分为:Ⅰ期35例,Ⅱ期40例,Ⅲ期45例,比较两种蛋白表达与临床分期、病理分级的相关性。结果年龄与P57kip2、CDC25A表达无相关性。临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移与P57kip2、CDC25A表达有相关性,随着分级、分期及转移程度加深,P57kip2、CDC25A表达率下降(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌诊断过程中可将P57kip2、CDC25A表达情况作为乳腺癌诊断预测因子,进而判断患者癌症程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the correlation between the pathological grade and clinical stage of patients with CDC25 A and P57 kip2 protein in breast cancer detection. Methods 120 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2019 were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CDC25 A and P57 kip2 proteins in cancer cells. According to the pathological grade of the patients,they were divided into 44 cases of grade Ⅰ, 36 cases of grade Ⅱ, 40 cases of grade Ⅲ;according to the clinical stage of the patients, they were divided into 35 cases of stage Ⅰ, 40 cases of stage Ⅱ, 45 cases of stage Ⅲ, and the correlation between the expression of the two proteins and the clinical stage and pathological grade was compared. Results There was no correlation between age and the expression of P57 kip2 and CDC25 A. Clinical stage, pathological grade, and lymph node metastasis were related to the expression of P57 kip2 and CDC25 A. As the grade, stage and degree of metastasis deepen, the expression rate of P57 kip2 and CDC25 A decreases(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of breast cancer diagnosis, the expression of P57 kip2 and CDC25 A can be used as predictors of breast cancer diagnosis to determine the degree of cancer in patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
