摘　　要：丰富环境指能增加感觉、运动、认知及社交刺激的居住条件,是复杂的非生物刺激和社会刺激的联合。丰富环境法作为一种可改善中枢神经可塑性的重要干预模式,有助于促进感觉、运动、认知和社交刺激,从细胞、分子和行为学上改变大脑的结构和功能,进而促进大脑认知功能的恢复,提高认知行为表现。目前丰富环境干预已逐步应用于认知功能的康复治疗。本文就丰富环境的定义、作用机制、构建及其在认知障碍康复领域的应用现状进行系统的综述,以期为丰富环境在认知康复领域的进一步应用和研究提供参考依据。Enriched environment refers to the living conditions that increase sensory,motor,cognitive,and social stimulation,which has been defined as the combination of the non-biological stimulation and social stimulation.As a vital intervention method which can improve the neuroplasticity,enriched environmental intervention helps to facilitate sensory,motor,cognitive,and social stimulation,change the brain structure from the levels of cell,molecule,and behavior,and further enhance the cognitive rehabilitation and improve cognitive behavior.At present,enriched environmental intervention has been gradually applied in the cognitive rehabilitation.This paper aims to systematically review the definition,the mechanism,and the cultivation of enrich environment,and its application in the field of cognitive disorder rehabilitation.Furthermore,it provides a reference for the further application and research of enriched environment in the field of cognitive rehabilitation.
