一体化急救护理新模式在缺血性脑卒中患者的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨一体化急救护理新模式应用于缺血性脑卒中患者的价值。方法我院于2019年8月成立脑卒中急救中心,选取2019年8~11月治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者50例作为研究组,回顾性选取2019年4~7月治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者50例作为对照组,对照组实施急诊科急危重症患者护理常规,研究组实施一体化急救护理新模式,比较两组血常规报告出具时间、开始进行溶栓时间及两组患者的溶栓效果(NHISS评分)、生活自理能力(Barthel指数)评分。结果实行一体化急救护理新模式的研究组脑卒中患者血常规报告出具时间和患者开始实施溶栓时间均明显短于对照组,且研究组患者的溶栓效果NHISS评分明显低于对照组,Barthel指数总分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者实行一体化急救护理新模式,能缩短患者从入院到开始实施溶栓治疗的时间,提高溶栓效果,改善患者生活质量,效果显著。Objective To investigate the value of new integrated emergency nursing mode in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods The stroke emergency center of our hospital was established in August 2019,and patients with ischemic stroke admitted from August to November 2019 were selected as the study group(n=50).Meanwhile,patients with ischemic stroke admitted from April to July 2019 were retrospectively counted as the control group(n=50).The conventional nursing mode for patients with emergency was implemented in the control group,while the new integrated nursing mode for patients with emergency was implemented in the study group.The time of issuing blood routine report,the time of thrombolysis,the efficacy of thrombolysis(NHISS score)and the score of Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results The time of issuing blood routine report and the time of thrombolysis in the study group,in which the new integrated nursing mode for patients with emergency was implemented,were significantly shorter than those in the control group.Meanwhile,the NHISS score of thrombolytic efficacy in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the total Barthel index score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of a new integrated nursing mode for patients with emergency of ischemic stroke can shorten the time from admission to the beginning of thrombolytic therapy,increase the thrombolytic efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,and achieve significant efficacy.
