摘　　要：越来越多的证据表明RNA甲基化作为mRNA最常见的修饰方式在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。结直肠癌是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤,严重危害中老年人健康。尽管关于结直肠癌的发生和发展的生物学机制已有许多研究,但对结直肠癌的诊断和预后作用仍存在较大的不足。随着对RNA甲基化研究的深入,发现m6A甲基转移酶METTL3与结直肠癌的发生、发展及预后显著相关;但是,其在结直肠癌中的作用尚存在争议。本文将对m6A甲基转移酶METTL3在结直肠癌发生、发展及预后中的作用进行综述。More and more evidences show that RNA methylation,as the most common modification of mRNA,plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of tumors.Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system,which seriously harms the health of middle-aged and elderly people.Although there have been many studies on the biological mechanism of the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,there are still major deficiencies in the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.With the deepening of RNA methylation research,it has been found that the m6A methyltransferase METL3 is significantly related to the occurrence,development,and prognosis of colorectal cancer;however,its role in colorectal cancer is still controversial.This article will review the role of m6A methyltransferase METTL3 in the occurrence,development,and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
