摘 要:利用9个骨干糯玉米自交系,按完全双列杂交配制72个组合,随机区组种植于大田,成熟期测定各组合农艺性状,用GriffingⅣ方法对数据进行处理。结果表明:株高、穗位高、茎粗、穗上叶片数、雄穗一级分枝数、穗叶长一般配合力效应在亲本间存在显著差异,且特殊配合力效应在组合之间差异显著,而穗叶宽性状在亲本间及组合之间差异不显者。株高、穗位高、雄穗分枝数、穗叶长的狭义遗传力较高,应早代选择;茎粗和穗上叶片数狭义遗传力低,应以晚代选择为主。In this study,9 waxy maize inbred lines were used to prepare 72 combinations in a complete diallel cross.The combinations were planted in a random block design,and the agronomic traits of each combination were measured at the maturity stage.Statistical analyses for all traits were performed by the Griffing Ⅳ method.The results showed that there were significant differences between general combining ability among parents and special combining ability among combinations for plant height,spike height,stem thickness,number of leaves on panicle,number of tassel first-order branches and spike leaf length,but no significant differences was found in panicle leaf width between parents and combinations.The narrow heritability of plant height,spike height,number of tassel first-order branches and spike leaf length was higher.It was suggested that selection for these traits should be in early generation.However,a relatively low narrow heritability was observed for stem diameter and the number of leaves on panicle.It was suggested that selection for these traits should be delayed to a relatively high generation.
