企业家精神对企业绩效的影响——基于企业生命周期的调节作用

摘　　要：基于企业生命周期,以截至2018年挂牌于新三板市场的制造业和信息技术行业的企业为研究对象,探究不同维度的企业家精神对企业绩效的影响,并将两个行业的实证结果做对比。研究表明:企业家精神对企业绩效的影响不仅受企业生命周期的影响,还会受行业异质性的影响。具体来看,创新精神显著正向影响初创期的制造业和衰退期的信息技术行业企业的企业绩效,竞争精神显著正向影响初创期的制造业企业的企业绩效;冒险精神显著正向影响成熟期的制造业、衰退期的信息技术行业企业的企业绩效。因此,企业应重视企业发展阶段、行业与企业家精神不同维度的适配性,在企业生命周期不同阶段和不同行业有针对性与选择性地进行企业家精神的培育。Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle,this article takes the NEEQ listed manufacturing and IT companies as a research object to explore the impact of different dimensions of entrepreneurship on business performance and compare empirical results of the two industries as well.The research shows that the influence of entrepreneurship on business performance is not only affected by enterprise life cycle,but also by the heterogeneity of industry.Specifically,the spirit of innovation significantly positively affects the business performances of the manufacturing companies at start-up stage and IT companies in a declining stage.The competitive spirit significantly positively affects the business performance of the start-up manufacturing industry while the adventure spirit has a significant positive impact on the performances of the manufacturing industry at a mature stage and the IT industry in a declining period.Therefore,in cultivating entrepreneurship,enterprises should pay attention to the adaptability between different dimensions of entrepreneurship and the stages of business development as well as different industries,and should also cultivate entrepreneurship by industry and at different stages of the enterprise life cycle with targeted and selective approaches.
