摘  要:随着"一带一路"倡议的深入发展,发动机产品在海外市场占据的份额越来越大,客户对培训的需求日益增多。本文通过概述培训师团队、培训对象能力规划、课程大纲、课件库、试题库、培训中心体系的建设要点以及相应培训管理办法、培训流程,以实现企业海外客户培训体系的规范化运营。With the in-depth development of the "One Belt one Road" initiative, domestic engine products occupy a larger and larger share in the overseas market, and customers’ demand for training is increasing day by day. This paper summarizes the construction of the trainers’ team, the ability planning of the training objects, the course outline, the subject bank, the test question bank, the training center,the training management method, and the annual training process, so as to realize the construction of the overseas customer training system and the operation of the annual customer training.
