2017-2019年泰州市姜堰区重点人群碘营养调查结果分析

摘　　要：为了解泰州市姜堰区2017—2019年重点人群的家庭食用盐以及尿碘含量情况,为适时采取相应的干预措施提供科学依据,本文按照《姜堰区碘缺乏病防治工作方案》进行抽样,对重点人群家中食用盐以及尿碘含量的检测结果进行分析。结果显示,2017—2019年姜堰区共检测居民户食盐900份,合格碘盐831份,非碘盐17份,碘盐覆盖率为98.00%,碘盐合格率为94.08%,合格碘盐食用率为92.33%。检测的200份儿童尿样,尿碘中位数为211.23μg/L,100名孕妇尿碘的中位数为136.52μg/L。姜堰区重点人群尿中碘含量达到消除碘缺乏病的标准,但仍有部分人存在尿碘过低过高的情况,需合理饮食,控制碘摄入量。In order to understand the household salt and urinary iodine content of key populations in Taizhou Jiangyan from 2017 to 2019,and to provide scientific basis for appropriate intervention measures in time.In this paper,sampling is conducted in accordance with the"Work Plan for the Prevention and Control of Iodine Deficiency Diseases in Jiangyan District",and the results of the detection of edible salt and urine iodine content in the homes of key populations are analyzed.The results show that from 2017 to 2019,the Jiangyan District tested 900 pieces of household salt,831 pieces of qualified iodized salt,17 pieces of non-iodized salt,the coverage rate of iodized salt is 98.00%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.08%,and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate is 92.33%.The median urine iodine of 200 children's urine samples tested is 211.23μg/L,and the median urine iodine of 100 pregnant women is 136.52μg/L.The urinary iodine content of key populations in Jiangyan District has reached the standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders,but there are still some people who have low or high urinary iodine,and they need a reasonable diet and control their iodine intake.
