摘  要:沉香是十分宝贵的中药材,有巨大的市场价值。为了科学有效地鉴别这种香料,需要提取这种香料的特定成分以供分析。本文构建了一套沉香特定成分的提取及分析检测的方法,对比了不同条件下提取物质的检测结果,得出了最佳的提取及检测方法,可为这些香料的鉴别模式提供参考。Agarwood was a very precious Chinese medicinal material with huge market value.In order to identify the authenticity of this spice scientifically and effectively,it was necessary to extract specific components of this spice for analysis.This paper constructed a set of extraction and analysis methods for specific components of agarwood,and compared the detection results of the extracted substances under different conditions.Therefore the best extraction and detection methods was obtained so as to provide a reference for the identification mode of these spices.
