摘 要:目的探讨闭环式管理模式在护士层级核心能力培训中的应用效果。方法以2018年度作为一个培训周期,选取本科23名护士为研究对象,应用闭环式管理模式进行护士层级核心能力培训,培训前后对比护士的核心能力评分、理论考核、操作考核情况。结果经培训,护士总体核心能力得到了提升,理论和操作考核成绩得到提高(P<0.05)。结论闭环式管理不仅能有效的提高护士核心能力,还有利于护士层级系统的建立。Objective To explore the effect of application of closed-loop management in the hierarchical core competence training for nurses in our department.Methods 23 nurses in our department were involved in this study in 2018.Closed-loop managementwas applied in in their hierarchical training.The corecompetence scores of nurses,the results of examination and skill assessment before and after training were compared and analyzed.Results After training,not only the overall core competence of nurses,but also the scores of examination and skill assessment were improved(P<0.05).Concusion The application of closed-loop management in the hierarchical core competence training for nurses can not only improve the core competence of nurses effectively,but also conducive to the establishment of nurse hierarchy system.
