系统耦合视角下高职本科教育生成动力的来源、作用机制及助推策略

摘　　要：2019年开始,我国在高职院校试点开展本科层次职业教育,开创了高职教育发展的新篇章。高职本科教育的生成过程中,理论研究者对其内涵、特征、价值等本体理论问题及规律进行了深入研究,为国家行动和高职院校办学提供了理论先导;政府的系统性政策设计和资源支持,为高职院校本科层次办学提供了制度供给;高职院校的自主探索和办学经验,为开展本科层次职业教育奠定了良好基础。理论引导、政府推动、院校自主发展是高职本科教育生成的主要动力来源,三者有机联系、相互促进,在尊重高职教育发展规律的同时保持其发展张力,根据经济社会发展和人的发展向更高层次、更高质量方向前进。为此,应进一步深化和丰富高职本科教育发展规律认知,以政府为主导打造高职本科教育发展共同体,拓展高职本科教育试点院校和专业范围,走中国特色高职本科教育发展道路。China has launched undergraduate-level vocational education in higher vocational colleges from 2019,which has created a new chapter in the development of higher vocational education.In the process of generating higher vocational undergraduate education,theoretical researchers have conducted in-depth research on the ontological theoretical issues and their laws such as connotation,characteristics and value,providing theoretical guidance for national action and higher vocational colleges;the government’s systematic policy design and resource support provide institutional supply for the undergraduate level of higher vocational colleges;the independent exploration and school experience of higher vocational colleges have laid a good foundation for undergraduate vocational education.Theoretical guidance,government promotion,and independent development of colleges and universities are the main sources of motivation for the formation of higher vocational undergraduate education.The three are organically linked and mutually promoting.While respecting the development laws of higher vocational education,they maintain their development tension,according to economic and social development and human Development advances to a higher level and higher quality.Therefore,it should further deepen and enrich the understanding of the development law of higher vocational undergraduate education,build a community for the development of higher vocational undergraduate education led by the government,expand the scope of pilot colleges and specialties for higher vocational undergraduate education,and take the development path of higher vocational undergraduate education with Chinese characteristics.
