两种美学修复树脂在年轻恒前牙冠折中的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨3M Z350和义获嘉大师树脂两种美学修复树脂在修复年轻恒前牙冠折的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月本院诊治的40例门诊患者作为研究对象,随机分为3M组和义获嘉组,每组各20例。3M组使用3MZ350美学树脂修复,20例使用义获嘉IPS Empress Direct美学树脂修复,分别在6个月、12个月、24个月进行回访,根据FDI标准,观察修复体断裂和保留情况、边缘染色、边缘密合性、术后敏感性和继发龋以及前牙修复的美观满意情况,进行比较分析。结果24个月回访时,边缘染色方面义获嘉组优于3M组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余指标在回访时差异均无统计学意义。结论两种美学修复树脂材料结合多层充填技术修复前牙外伤成功率均较高,能满足患者的美容需求,患者对美观的满意率高。义获嘉大师树脂在术后颜色保持方面更具有优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of two esthetic restorative resins,3M-Filtek Z350 and Invoclar Vivadent IPS Empress Direct,in the restoration of crown fractures in young permanent anterior teeth.Methods 40 patients those admitted to the department of outpatient of the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled as study subjects.20 cases were restored with 3MZ350 aesthetic resin and 20 cases were repaired with IPS Empress Direct aesthetic resin.A return visit was paid at the 6th,12th and 24th months,according to the FDI criteria,the fractures and retention situation of dummy,staining margin,marginal adaptation,postoperative sensitivity,recurrence of caries and cosmetic satisfaction were analyzed.Results At the 24-month follow-up,the Invoclar Vivadent group was superior to the 3M group in terms of marginal staining,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other indicators at the follow-up time.Conclusions There was a high success rate of both two kinds of esthetic restorative resin materials when combined with multi-layer filling technique in repairing anterior teeth trauma,both of them could meet the cosmetic needs of patients and there was a high rate of cosmetic satisfaction of patients.IPS Empress Direct resin shows more advantages in postoperative color maintenance,which is worthy of clinical application.
