摘　　要：使用已商业化的脂肪酶N40086,可以使对苯二甲酸二烷基酯在弱碱性条件下方便地水解为相应的单对苯二甲酸单烷基酯,本文用对苯二甲酸二甲酯、对苯二甲酸二乙酯和对苯二甲酸二异丙酯水解均得到高产率的相应单酯。产物用核磁共振氢谱做了表征。与文献中描述的更具代表性的方法相比,该方法具有条件温、收率高和环境友好等优点。Dialkyllterephthalate can be readily converted to the corresponding monoalkylterephthalate in high yield using a commercial lipase N40086. This method is advantageouslycompared to the more representative methods described in the literature.No organic solvent is used in the whole procedure. the Environmentally friendly procedure is suitable for laboratory preparation and manufacture as well.
