摘 要:案例教学具有生动具体、直观易学、师生互动、效果良好的特点,广泛应用各类学科教学中。在加快建设基层医疗卫生队伍,提高基层医疗卫生队伍的整体素质和服务水平为目的的卓越医师教学背景下,为社会培养更多农村基层全科卓越中医师,本文通过分析当前《中医内科学》教学地位及现状,对于《中医内科学》引入案例教学,案例导入与理论讲授相结合、真实病例与课堂实训相结合、模拟患者与考试评价相结合、专业知识与立德树人相结合、案例教学与师承见习相结合等五个相结合,对于《中医内学科》案例教学进行了探讨与实践,并取得了较好的教学效果。Case teaching has the features of vivid and concrete,intuitive and comprehensible,teacher-student interactive,and truly effective,which is widely used in various disciplines.Under the teaching background of accelerating the construction of grass-roots medical and health teams,improving the overall quality and service level of grass-roots medical and health teams,and in order to cultivate more rural grass-roots outstanding Chinese medicine practitioner,we introduced case teaching into Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine by analyzing the current teaching status and current situation of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.For“five combining”,which are how to combine case introduction with theoretical teaching,how to combine real cases with classroom training,how to combine simulated patients with examination evaluation,how to combine professional knowledge with moral education,and how to combine case teaching with apprenticeship,the case teaching of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been investigated and practiced,and good teaching results have been achieved.
