P53、P63、P120在甲状腺癌患者的表达及联合检测诊断效能研究

摘　　要：目的探讨P53、P63、P120在甲状腺癌患者的表达及联合检测诊断效能研究。方法选取2018年4月~2020年1月福建医科大学附属福州市第一医院治疗的甲状腺癌患者78例作为研究对象,所有患者均拟行手术治疗,术中取病灶组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法测定不同组织中P53、P63、P120蛋白阳性率;绘制ROC曲线,分析P53、P63、P120联合检测在甲状腺癌患者中的诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度)。结果甲状腺癌病灶组织中P53、P63、P120蛋白阳性率分别为71.79%、75.64%、73.08%,均高于癌旁组织的3.85%、5.13%、3.85%(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果表明,P53、P63、P120联合检测在甲状腺癌患者中的诊断灵敏度高于单一P53、P63、P120检测(P<0.05);特异度低于单一P53、P63、P120检测(P<0.05)。结论P53、P63、P120在甲状腺癌患者中呈高表达,不同指标联合测定用于甲状腺癌患者中能获得较高的诊断效能,可指导临床诊疗。Objective To investigate the expression of P53,P63 and P120 in patients with thyroid cancer and the diagnostic power of their combined detection.Methods 78 patients with thyroid cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fuzhou,Fujian Medical University from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as subjects.All patients were scheduled to undergo surgery.The lesion tissue and adjacent tissues were taken during the operation,and the positive rates of P53,P63 and P120 proteins in different tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry.The ROC curves were plotted to analyze the diagnostic power(sensitivity,specificity)of the combined detection of P53,P63,and P120 in patients with thyroid cancer.Results The positive rates of P53,P63,and P120 proteins in thyroid cancer lesion tissues were 71.79%,75.64%,and 73.08%,respectively,which were higher than 3.85%,5.13%,and 3.85%in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the ROC curve results showed the sensitivity of the combined detection of P53,P63,and P120 in patients with thyroid cancer was higher than that of single P53,P63 or P120 detection(P<0.05);the specificity was lower than that of single P53,P63 or P120 detection(P<0.05).Conclusion P53,P63,and P120 are highly expressed in patients with thyroid cancer.The combined detection of different indicators in patients with thyroid cancer can obtain a high diagnostic power and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
