摘 要:针对船舶推进电机监控精度高、实时性强等需求,本文提出一种基于ARM和FPGA的异构架构的电机振动信号反馈系统,对旋转机电设备的振动加速度信号进行采集处理分析,并根据控制器要求发送振动数据,实现了推进电机振动信号的实时反馈功能。实验验证了系统的精度与实时性,保证系统高效运行。Aiming at the requirements of high precision and strong real-time for ship propulsion motor monitoring,a motor vibration signal feedback system based on ARM and FPGA with heterogeneous architecture is proposed.The vibration acceleration signals of rotating electromechanical equipment are collected from the system.After being processed and analyzed,the vibration data can be transmitted according to the requirements of the controller so as to realize the real-time feedback function of the vibration signal of the propulsion motor.Finally,the results of verification tests show that the accuracy and real-time functions of the system are obtained,which ensure the efficient operation of the system.
