摘 要:本文通过对西曲煤的乳化捕收剂和现用捕收剂对比试验得出,乳化捕收剂在精煤产率、精煤灰分、可燃体回收率方面均优于现用捕收剂。对捕收剂乳化机理进行了分析表明,乳化后的捕收剂在水中分散度高,油滴细,更易与煤粒结合,提高了其捕收性,达到了节油降耗的目的。Through the comparative test of emulsified collector and existing collector of Xiqu coal,it was concluded that the emulsified collector was superior to the existing collector in terms of clean coal yield,clean coal ash content and combustible body recovery rate.The emulsification mechanism of the collector was analyzed.The results showed that the emulsified collector had high dispersion in water,fine oil drop,easy to combine with coal particles,improved its collection ability,and achieved the purpose of saving oil and reducing consumption.
