马斯齐拉心身耗竭量表对护理人员心身耗竭综合征的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的:通过马斯齐拉心身耗竭量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)来诊断护理人员心身耗竭综合征(burmout syndrome,BOS),以便更好地关注护理人员的身心健康。方法:我院120名护士填写性别、年龄、职位、学历及心身耗竭综合征MBI评分,通过Likert量表(1~4)分层记录评分。结果:120名护士表现出的心身耗竭情况:73.3%护士表现为中高度的情绪耗竭,77.5%护士表现为中度以上的个人成就感,36.%护士表现为中度以上的去人格化。与31~50岁的护士相比,≤30岁和≥5l岁护士的年龄、情绪耗竭和个人成就感均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01),与≤30岁的护士相比,≥51岁的护士的年龄、情绪耗竭和个人成就感均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。与护士相比,护士长的年龄、去人格化均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01),情绪耗竭和个人成就感无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:MBI评分及Likert量表可以评估护理人员的心身耗竭综合征。Objective:To diagnose the burnout syndrome of nursing staff by using Maslach burmout inventory,in order to pay more attention to their physical and mental health.Methods:A total of 120 nurse's gender,age,position,education and MBI score of BOS were collected and hierarchical record scoring via Likert scale(1-4).Results:The psychosomatic exhaustion status of 120 nurses showed as follows:73.3% of nurses showed moderate to high emotional exhaustion,77.5% of nurses showed above moderate personal accomplishment,and 36.0% of nurses showed above moderate depersonalization.Compared with nurses between 31 and 50 years old,nurses aged≤30 and≥51 years had a significant statistical differences in age,emotional exhaustion,and personal accomplishment(P<0.01).When compared with nurses≤30 years old,nurses≥51 years old had a significant statistical differences in age,emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment(P<0.01).Compared with nurses,the head nurse's age and depersonalization have a significant statistial differences(P<0.01),but there is no difference in emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment(P>0.05).Conclusion:MBI score and Likert scale can be used to assess the BOS of nursing staff.
