摘 要:在世界各国汽车安全碰撞法规和NCAP试验中,大多都会采用HybridⅢ假人的胸部最大压缩量来评估车辆对乘员胸部的防护效果。但因HybridⅢ假人的胸部最大压缩量采用定点测量办法,使测量结果易受加载位置的影响。针对该问题,本文通过假人胸部低速冲击标定试验,研究了加载位置对HybridⅢ假人胸部压缩量的影响。结果表明,Hybrid Ⅲ50~(th)男性假人的最大胸部压缩变形与摆锤撞击中心在Z方向的偏移量呈线性(R~2=0.9554)负相关性。Hybrid Ⅲ 5~(th)女性假人由于乳房的影响,虽然加载位置对胸部最大压缩变形仍然有较大的影响,但胸部最大压缩变形与冲击加载位置的相关性不如男性假人那么明显。最后利用标定试验中获得的Hybrid Ⅲ 5~(th)男性假人的最大胸部压缩变形与摆锤撞击中心位置的相关性方程对同一车型的两个不同安全带佩戴位置的假人胸部最大压缩变形进行了修正。The national automotive safety regulations and new car assessment program(NCAP)tests inmost countries in the world use the maximum chest compression of Hybrid Ⅲ dummy to evaluate the protective effect of vehicle on occupant’s thorax. However,the maximum chest compression of the Hybrid Ⅲ dummy’s thorax ismeasured at a fix point,so the measurement results are easily affected by loading position. In view of the problem,the effects of loading position on Hybrid Ⅲ dummy’s chest compression are studied through the low-speed impactcalibration test of dummy’s thorax in this paper. The results indicate that the maximum chest compression of Hybrid Ⅲ 5th male dummy is linearly negatively correlated(R2= 0.9554)with the deviation in the Z direction from the pendulum impact center specified in regulation. For Hybrid Ⅲ 5th female dummy,though the impact position still hassignificant effects on the maximum compression of chest,but due to the effects of breast,the correlation between themaximum chest compression of female dummy’s thorax and impact position is not as apparent as that of male dum-my. Finally,the correlation formula between the maximum chest compression of Hybrid Ⅲ 5th male dummy and im-pact position obtained in calibration test is used to correct the maximum compression of the dummy’s thorax in realvehicle crash tests with two different seat belt wearing positions.
