摘　　要：人工智能时代,工匠精神的传承与创新对于我国制造业的发展具有积极的推动作用。鲁班和墨子是我国优秀匠人的代表,其工匠精神既有中国传统文化的内涵又体现人工智能时代的教育价值。班墨工匠精神中知行合一、勤于思考和立德修身的劳动价值观念对于人工智能时代重塑教师角色、重拾师生关系和重建校企合作模式具有实践指导作用。In the era of artificial intelligence,the inheritance and innovation of craftsman spirit has a positive role in promoting the development of China's manufacturing industry.Luban and Mozi are representatives of the outstanding craftsmen in China.Their craftsmanship spirit not only has the connotation of Chinese traditional culture,but also embodies the educational value in the artifical of artifical intelligent.The labor values of"unity of knowledge and practice","diligent thinking"and"moral cultivation"in the craftsmen spirit of have practical guiding role in remolding the role of teachers,restoring the relationship between teachers and students and reconstructing the mode of school enterprise cooperation in the era of artificial intelligence.
