摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)属于炎症性肠病的一种,临床上主要表现为黏液血便、腹泻腹痛等症状,肠镜病理学检查可示结肠慢性炎症和溃疡形成,为一种慢性非特异性结肠疾病。导师在长期的临床实践中,根据分阶段序贯治疗理论,UC病机演变过程主要有3个典型时期,活动期为湿热蕴积大肠(湿热证)阶段→缓解期为脾虚湿热并存(虚实夹杂)阶段→慢性持续严重期为脾肾亏虚阶段(虚证)。根据上述阶段的特点,并依据分阶段序贯治疗理论和整体合并局部治疗UC取得较好疗效。运用整体局部辨证治疗UC在活动期有助于标本兼治,诱导病情缓解,提高生活质量,并为中医诊治UC提供一条新的治疗途径。Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a kind of inflammatory bowel disease, which can be mainly manifested as mucous bloody stool, diarrhea and abdominal pain in clinical practice. Chronic inflammation and ulcer formation of colon, which is a chronic nonspecific colon disease, can be manifested by the colonoscopy. In the professor’s long-term clinical practice, according to the staged sequential treatment theory, there were mainly three typical periods in the evolution process of UC pathogenesis, namely,(1) The active period of the accumulation of damp-heat in colorectum(damp-heat syndrome);(2) The remission period of the coexistence of spleen deficiency and damp-heat(intermingled deficiency and excess);(3) The chronic persistent severe period of the deficiency of spleen and kidney(deficiency syndrome). According to the features of the above-mentioned stages, the staged sequential treatment theory, and the combination of holistic and topical treatment of UC, relatively good efficacy has been achieved. The treatment of UC based on holistic and topical syndrome differentiation is helpful to treat both the symptoms and root causes, induce remission, improve the quality of life, and provide a new treatment approach for the diagnosis and treatment of UC with traditional Chinese medicine.
