补肾丸合明目五子汤联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对干眼症患者采取中医补肾丸合明目五子汤与玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取溧阳市中医医院眼科2019年5月~2020年4月收治的82例干眼症患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对照组给予单独0.3%的玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在其基础上联合中医方剂补肾丸合明目五子汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、干眼症状积分、泪膜稳定性等。结果观察组治疗总有效率达到92.68%,显著高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组干眼症状积分为(1.24±0.54)分、SchirmerⅠ试验为(8.65±2.15)mm/5min、BUT为(8.75±1.26)s,更加优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对干眼症患者采取中医补肾丸合明目五子汤与玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合治疗,效果肯定,促进患者泪液分泌,改善干眼症状,稳定泪膜,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination therapy with Chinese medicine Bushen pills plus Mingmu Wuzi Decoction and sodium hyaluronate eye drops for patients with dry eye syndrome. Methods A total of 82 patients with dry eye syndrome who were admitted to and treated at the Ophthalmology Department of Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into the observation group(n=41) and the control group(n=41) according to different treatment regimens. The control group was treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone. On this basis, the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine Bushen pills plus Mingmu Wuzi Decoction. The effects were compared between the two groups in terms of dry eye symptom scores and tear film stability. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 92.68%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.05%), with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). After treatment, the dry eye symptom score was(1.24±0.54), the Schirmer I test was(8.65±2.15) mm/5 min, and BUT was(8.75±1.26) s in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy with Chinese medicine Bushen pills plus Mingmu Wuzi Decoction and sodium hyaluronate eye drops for patients with dry eye syndrome has a definite effect, and can promote tear secretion, improve dry eye symptoms, and stabilize the tear film, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
