摘　　要：沙曲选煤厂煤质波动大,且现有重介分选仍然以人工操作为主,导致精煤产品质量波动大,经济效益无法提高。通过配置高精度测灰仪、实施重介悬浮液密度、煤泥含量双变量宽域智能控制和基于测灰仪的密度智能设定等关键技术,实现了重介分选过程智能化。该控制系统投用后密度波动小,煤泥含量控制稳定,精煤灰分质量稳定,大幅度提升了该厂重介分选的智能化水平。Through the configuration of high-precision ash measuring instrument,the implementation of heavy-medium suspension density,dual-variable wide-range intelligent control of slime content,and intelligent density setting based on ash measuring instrument,the intelligentization of the heavy-medium sorting process is realized in Shaqu coal preparation plant.After the control system is put into use,the density fluctuation is small,the slime content control is and the clean coal ash quality are all stable,which greatly improves the intelligent level of the plant′s dense medium separation.
