高职院校学生体质健康现状分析及对策——以西安职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：我国拥有数量巨大的高职院校学生,高职院校学生的身体素质是学习工作的重要前提.对职业院校学生体质健康测试成绩的分析研究对于提高学生体质健康水平有积极的促进作用,是提高体质健康途径研究的重要基础.通过对西安职业技术学院2019年7978名在校学生的各项体质健康测试项目等级的数据统计与分析.从身体形态、身体机能、身体素质及实力情况四方面了解学生体质健康水平与现状,针对问题提出对策.There is a large number of vocational college students in China,whose physical quality is an important prerequisite for learning and work.The analysis and study of the students'physical health test scores in vocational colleges has a positive effect on improving the students'physical health level and is an important basis for the research of ways to improve physical health.Through the data statistics and analysis of 7978 students in Xi'an Vocational and Technical College in 2019,from the four aspects of body shape,body function,physical quality and strength,by understanding the students'physical health level and current situation,this paper puts forward the problems and its countermeasures.
