摘 要:目的:探究影响中医药院校来华留学生中医药文化认同因素及作用机制。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,建立包括医药文化背景、中医药课程学习、中医药文化认知、中医药文化情感、中医药文化行为的理论模型,并以结构方程模型方法进行检验。结果:结构方程模型分析结果显示,医药文化背景对中医药课程学习、中医药文化认知、中医药文化行’为具有显著正向影响,中医药课程学习对中医药文化认知具有显著正向影响,中医药文化认知对中医药文化情感具有显著正向影响,中医药文化情感对中医药文化行为具有显著正向影响。结论:中医药院校应注重中医药校园文化建设,完善中医药课程体系,拓宽中医药教育渠道。Objective To explore the factors and mechanism that influence the cultural identity of Chinese medicine for international students in Chinese medicine universities. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to establish a theoretical model, including the medical culture background, course learning of traditional Chinese medicine, cultural cognition of traditional Chinese medicine, cultural emotion of traditional Chinese medicine, and cultural behavior of traditional Chinese medicine, which was tested by structural equation model method. Results Medical culture background had a significantly positive effect on course learning, cultural cognition and cultural behavior of traditional Chinese medicine. Course learning of traditional Chinese medicine had a significantly positive effect on cultural cognition of traditional Chinese medicine. Cultural cognition of traditional Chinese medicine had a significantly positive effect on cultural emotion of traditional Chinese medicine. And cultural emotion of traditional Chinese medicine had a significantly positive effect on cultural behavior of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion It is suggested for Chinese medicine colleges to pay attention to the construction of Chinese medicine campus culture, improve the Chinese medicine curriculum system, and broaden the education channels of Chinese medicine.
