摘  要:对特殊教育教师培养项目进行专业认证是对其进行专业规范,提升其培养质量的重要保障。美国特殊教育教师职前培养项目认证的整体工作由美国教师教育认证委员会(CAEP)完成,其中,美国特殊儿童委员会(CEC)对其进行专业的项目审查。本文通过梳理美国特殊教育教师培养项目专业认证的主体、标准及实施程序,总结、提炼其特征,提出完善我国特殊教育专业认证制度、提升特殊教育教师培养质量的建议。The professional accreditation of special education teacher preparation programs is an important guarantee to standardize the special education teacher training programs and improve the training quality.The Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation(CAEP) is responsible for the accreditation of all special education teacher preparation programs in the United States,and the Council for Exceptional Children(CEC)conducts a review of the programs to ensure their professionalism.This paper summarized the subjects,standards and procedures of the professional accreditation of special education teacher preparation programs in the United States,analyzed the characteristics of the professional accreditation system,and put forward suggestions for improving the professional accreditation system and the quality of special education teacher training in China.
