摘  要:介绍了自卸车T式举升机构的特点,采用多柔体动力学方法建立起T式举升机构模型,经过分析得出运动副受力曲线和杆件的力学云图,并且找出举升过程几个典型危险工况;在每个危险工况下发现油缸支座上应力水平较低,对材料的利用率较小,说明零件结构具备优化潜力;然后介绍了变密度拓扑优化方法,应用变密度法对油缸支座进行实体空间拓扑优化,得出了油缸支座的空间材料最佳分布图,结合生产工艺,把优化结果圆整处理,最后得出了优化设计的工程图.In this paper the characteristics of T-type lifting mechanism of dump truck is introduced,the model of T-type lifting mechanism is established by using multi-flexible body dynamics method,the force curve of motion pair and the mechanical nephogram of bar is obtained through analysis,and several typical dangerous working conditions in lifting process are found out.It is found that the stress level on the cylinder support is low and the utilization rate of materials is small under each dangerous working condition,which indicates that the part structure has the optimization potential.Then the variable density topology optimization method is introduced,and the solid space topology optimization of the cylinder support is carried out by using the variable density method,and the optimal spatial material distribution diagram of the cylinder support is obtained.Combined with the production process,the optimization results are rounded and processed,and finally the engineering diagram of the optimal design is obtained.
