摘 要:以竹规格材为研究对象,分别探讨指榫类型(垂直型和水平型)、齿榫参数(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型齿榫)和嵌合度(0、0.1、0.3 mm)等参数对指接竹规格材性能的影响,结果显示垂直型指榫指接竹规格材的力学性能优于水平型指榫;当嵌合度为0.1 mm,采用垂直Ⅱ型齿榫指接竹规格材的性能最优,与未指接竹规格材相比,指接竹规格材较好地保持了竹材的抗弯和抗拉性能,其抗弯性能和抗拉强度分别满足GB/T 26899—2011《结构用集成材》中机械分等层板力学性能ME16级和最高级ME18的要求,具备作为结构材的潜力。In the present study, effects of finger joint parameters including finger types, finger tenon parameters(type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ), and fitness ratios on the performance of finger-jointed dimensional bamboo lumber were explored respectively. Results indicated that the mechanical properties of finger-jointed dimensional bamboo lumber in the verticality(V) finger tenon were better than that with the horizontal(H)tenon. In the V finger tenon, type Ⅱ with 0.1 mm fitness ratio was the best finger joint parameter for dimensional bamboo lumber. Compared with the performance of non-finger-jointed dimensional bamboo lumber, bending and tensile properties of finger-jointed dimensional bamboo lumber performed well, which met the physical property requirements of machine-graded panels of M_E16 grade and the highest grade of M_E18 in GB/T 26899-2011. In conclusion, finger-jointed dimensional bamboo lumber has a good application potential in structural materials.
