飞秒激光在白内障手术中的应用进展

摘　　要：飞秒激光应用于白内障手术中可以辅助完成一些关键步骤,飞秒激光制作的透明角膜切口密闭性好,晶状体前囊膜环形切开圆且居中,对晶状体核的预劈核可以有效减少随后的超声能量和时间,保护角膜内皮。通过制作角膜松解切口矫正散光,可以获得更好的术后视力。在特殊类型的白内障手术中,飞秒激光更有优势。Femtosecond laser can assist in completing some key steps in cataract surgery.The transparent corneal incision made by the femtosecond laser has good airtightness.The anterior lens capsule is circularly cut and centered.By pre-chopping the lens nucleus,the subsequent ultrasound energy and time can be effectively reduced,and the corneal endothelium can be protected.By making corneal relaxing incisions to correct astigmatism,better postoperative vision can be obtained.Femtosecond lasers are more advantageous in special types of cataract surgery.
