摘　　要：2020年是食管癌研究领域成果较为丰硕的一年,不仅有改变治疗现状的临床试验,也有对未来诊疗具有启示意义的研究。本文将从手术研究、围术期治疗、免疫治疗和精准免疫探索四个方面对2020年食管癌重要研究成果进行梳理和总结。A lot of achievements have been made in the research field of esophageal cancer in 2020.In this year,not only the critical clinical trials revolutionizing the current treatment strategy,but also the impactful studies enlightening future treatment and novel therapeutics have been reported.This review will elucidate the important studies involving the esophageal cancer from the following aspects:surgery,perioperative treatment,immunotherapy and precision immunology.
