摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的深入发展,建立社区医生和居民契约服务关系已经成为改革的重点。家庭医生签约服务模式在各大社区卫生中心的应用和推广,为社区居民在看病难等问题上提供了便捷性,同时也进一步完善了家庭成员的健康意识。全科医生团队(家庭医生工作室)签约服务模式在积极探索和尝试的阶段取得显著成效。这种模式引起了国内很多研究学者的关注,并纷纷展开研究。但是在发展过程中仍面临着一些问题,如:全科医生团队专业能力和服务质量和内涵有待提升;居民参与性、认可度不高等问题成为制约其模式应用和推广的重要因素。因此,对全科医生团队签约服务模式进展的研究具有现实意义。With the in-depth development of medical and health system reform,the relationship between community doctors and residents'contract service has become the focus of the reform.The application and promotion of the family doctor contract service model in various communities health centers have provided convenience for the community residents on the problem of difficult to see a doctor,at the same time,it has further improved the health awareness of family members.The contract service model of general practitioner team(family doctor studio)has achieved remarkable results in the stage of active exploration and attempt.This model has attracted the attention of many domestic researchers and has carried out research.However,there are still some problems in the process of development,such as:the professional ability and service quality and connotation of the general practitioner team need to be improved.The problem of residents'participation and low recognition have become important factors restricting the application and promotion of their models.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the progress of general practitioner team contract service model.
