针灸配合药物治疗急性面神经炎患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针灸联合药物治疗急性面神经炎的作用与效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治急性面神经炎患者58例,随机分为两组,各29例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予针灸联合药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗第14天后、治疗第28天后面部神经功能评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合药物治疗急性面神经炎,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective:To study the effects and functions of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with medicine in the treatment of acute facial neuritis.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,58 cases of patients with acute facial neuritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given drug therapy,while the observation group was given acupuncture and moxibustion combined drug therapy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nerve function in the observation group after 14 days and 28 days of treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drugs in the treatment of acute facial neuritis can achieve a more ideal effect.
