卡马西平联合阿米替林治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析卡马西平与阿米替林联合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床价值。方法利用随机分组法将2017年1月至2020年5月在本院接受治疗的48例原发性三叉神经痛患者分为两组,对照组采用卡马西平治疗、研究组采用卡马西平与阿米替林联合治疗,对比两组治疗前后心理状况、疼痛情况及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前心理状况、疼痛情况对比差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者心理状况、疼痛情况评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床疗效评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性三叉神经痛患者临床使用卡马西平与阿米替林联合治疗,可有效平复患者负性情绪,改善心理状态,缓解疼痛,临床疗效确切。Objective To analyze the clinical value of carbamazepine and amitriptyline in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Fortyeight patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to may 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated with carbamazepine and combined treatment of carbamazepine and amitriptyline.The psychological status,pain and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in their psychological status and pain before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the psychological status and pain scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy evaluation of the study group was better control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of carbamazepine combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia can effectively calm the negative emotions of patients,improve the psychological state and relieve the pain.The clinical curative effect is exact.
