紫杉醇联合洛铂或顺铂治疗晚期老年卵巢癌的疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的探究紫杉醇联合洛铂或顺铂治疗晚期老年卵巢癌的疗效和安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在我院就诊的80例晚期老年卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各组40例。对照组患者接受紫杉醇联合洛铂治疗,观察组患者接受紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,观察比较两组患者临床治疗效果、毒性反应和生存状况。结果两组患者治疗总有效率未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者中位生存期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在毒性反应发生率方面,观察组患者恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对晚期老年卵巢癌患者,临床给予紫杉醇联合洛铂或顺铂治疗效果相当,但是紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗的恶心呕吐发生率较低,安全性相对较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin or cisplatin in the treatment of advanced senile ovarian cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Forty patients in each group were treated with paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin in the control group,while patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin.The clinical therapeutic effect,toxic reaction and survival status of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in median survival time between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the incidence of toxic reactions,the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion For advanced senile ovarian cancer patients,the clinical therapeutic effects of paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin or cisplatin are almost the same,but the adverse reaction rate of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin for nausea and vomiting is relatively low and the safety is relatively high.
