温中愈胃汤结合西医治疗胃溃疡A1期的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨温中愈胃汤配合常规西医药治疗胃溃疡A1的临床疗效。方法选择医院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的胃溃疡A1患者70例,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,各35例。对照组患者实施西医药常规治疗,观察组患者实施西医药结合中药方剂温中愈胃汤治疗。结果对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为80.00%,明显低于观察组的97.14%(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的复发率为22.86%,明显高于观察组的2.86%(P<0.05)。结论温中愈胃汤联合常规西药治疗胃溃疡A1期可提高临床疗效,明显改善患者症状,降低患者复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of wenzhongyuwei decoction and conventional western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer A1.Methods Seventy patients with gastric ulcer A1 were selected from February 2018 to February 2019.According to the different treatment methods,70 patients were divided into two groups,35 cases respectively.The control group patients were treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine prescription wenzhongyuwei decoction.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 80.00%,significantly lower than 97.14%(P<0.05)in the observation group.After treatment,the recurrence rate of the control group was 22.86%,significantly higher than that of the observation group(2.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of wenzhongyuwei decoction and conventional western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer stage A1 can improve the clinical effect,improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
