摘  要:高等教育在课程建设过程中必须从育人的本质要求出发,从国家意识形态战略高度出发,提炼出落实课程思政的思政元素。而饮食文化是中国传统文化不可或缺的内容,饮食文化教学须结合理工科院校的特点和专业本身的培养目标,确定思政教育视域下饮食文化的教育理念,既要务实,也要务虚,真正提高学生的文化素养,为其树立科学的饮食观打下坚实的基础。In the curriculum construction of higher education,it is necessary to extract the ideological and political elements for the implementation of curriculum-based ideological and political education,starting from the essential requirement of"education"and the national strategic height of ideology.Food culture is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese culture.In the process of training talents for higher education,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of science and engineering colleges and universities and the training goals of the food culture major itself to determine the content and characteristics of food culture education under the ideological and political education concept.It is necessary to be both pragmatic and theoretical,in order to truly improve the cultural quality of students and lay a foundation for the establishment of a scientific dietary concept in the future.
