摘　　要：针对地方农业院校学生工程实践能力培养问题,该文以黑龙江八一农垦大学农业电气化专业为例,探讨在大类招生背景下,对接现代农业生产需要和农业装备技术创新要求,从打造现代农业实践教学平台、设计现代农业实践项目、推进产学合作协同育人、创新基地建设方面进行改革,探索现代农业应用型人才实践创新能力培养途径,为相关院校创新人才培养提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem of training the engineering practice ability of students in local agricultural colleges and universities,taking the agricultural electrification major of Heilongjiang Bayi Land Reclamation University as an example,discussing the need for modern agricultural production and the innovation requirements of agricultural equipment and technology in the context of large-scale enrollment,from creating modern agricultural practice teaching Platform,design modern agricultural practice projects,promote industry-university cooperation and collaborative education,innovation base construction,explore ways to cultivate the practical innovation ability of modern agricultural application-oriented talents,and provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in relevant colleges and universities.
