自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法164例老年消化性溃疡患者,应用数字表随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组82例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、用药不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.68%高于对照组的80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应发生率4.88%与对照组的6.10%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访半年,观察组复发5例,复发率为6.10%;对照组复发16例,复发率19.51%。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟柴芍益胃汤治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,是一种治疗消化性溃疡有效的中药方。Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Chaishao Yiwei Decoction in treating senile peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 164 senile patients with peptic ulcer were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Chaishao Yiwei Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse drug reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 92.68%of the observation group was higher than 80.49%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions 4.88%of the observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with 6.10%of the control group(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,5 cases recurred in the observation group,with a recurrence rate of 6.10%;16 cases recurred in the control group,with a recurrence rate of 19.51%.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Chaishao Yiwei Decoction has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer,and is an effective Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of peptic ulcer.
