结直肠癌组织STAT3、Foxp3、IL-6表达与临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的 检测结直肠癌组织中信号转导及转录因子3(STAT3)、叉头盒p3(Foxp3)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)蛋白的表达,分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征间的关联。方法 选择44例结直肠癌患者的肿瘤组织作为实验组,记录患者的性别、年龄、分化程度、肿瘤类型及淋巴结转移等病理临床参数,同时选择20例患者结直肠癌旁组织作为对照组;应用免疫组织化学法分析实验组和对照组中STAT3、Foxp3及IL-6的表达,分析3种蛋白的表达与临床病理特征的相关性及3种蛋白之前的相互关系。结果 实验组STAT3、Foxp3、IL-6蛋白的表达明显高于对照组,STAT3蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Foxp3蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-6蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结直肠癌肿瘤组织中STAT3、Foxp3和IL-6蛋白的表达无相关性,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中STAT3、Foxp3和IL-6蛋白过量表达提示患者恶性程度高,转移可能性大,可以作为判断结直肠癌预后效果的重要参考指标之一。Objective To detect the expressions of signal transduction and transcription factor 3(STAT3),forkhead box p3(Foxp3) and interleukin 6(IL-6) protein in colorectal cancer(CRC)tissues,and to analyze their correlation with clinicopathological features of CRC.Methods The expressions of STAT3,Foxp3,and IL-6 in 44 cases with CRC tissues and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the expression of the three proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics and the correlation among the three proteins were analyzed.Results The expressions of STAT3,Foxp3,and IL-6 protein in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The expression of STAT3 protein was related to the degree of tumor differentiation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the expression of Foxp3 protein was related to lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);IL-6 protein expression was related to tumor differentiation,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);STAT3,Foxp3,and IL-6 protein expression in CRC tissues.There was no correlation,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of STAT3,Foxp3,and IL-6 protein in CRC tissues indicates that the patients with CRC are highly malignant and have a high possibility of metastasis,which can be used as one of the important reference indicators to judge the prognostic effect of CRC.
